During life we all get down from time to time, sometimes it lingers and turns into depression.
Signs of depression and related issues:
- Avoidance of friends and/or family
- Frequent crying spells
- Feelings of worthlessness
- Feelings of hopelessness
- Intrusive negative thoughts
- Loss of interest in enjoyable activities
- Sleep disturbance (increased or decreased)
- Appetite changes (increased or decreased)
- Thoughts of dying
- Thoughts of suicide
- Fatigue and low energy
Whenever you’ve experienced the above for a sustained period of time it probably won’t go away if you just ignore it.
